Error Ecommerce site

  • Hello,

    i have an ecommerce site Riskspirit.com and my website isn’t working and I get this error message:

    It looks like this was the result of either:

    a mistyped address
    an out-of-date link
    Perhaps searching can help.

    Also, all my pages, products, orders, categories are deleted. I am freaking out and scared. Please help me.

    From what I can see, any page on your site gives this error, so it looks like your webserver configuration file been modified and redirect requests to 404 page,
    check your httpd.conf file and see the rewrite rule configuration there

    There is another possible scenario which you should check and it is about your permalinks setting:
    login to the admin console and: Settings > Permalinks
    which should set to default
    https://Riskspirit.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php

    if not, tell us about your hosting plan? do you have console to view your files?
