Error editing or adding new user: "Error: empty name, empty message"

  • Hello,

    Since I have updated to the new version 4.4 I can not either add or update any user.

    I have a blank screen with the message:
    “Error: empty name, empty message”

    Of course, I have double checked it and I am 100% sure all fields have been filled.

    This is happening only after last version update.
