    Hi all,

I am having a problem I have never had before. WordPress wasn’t sending e-mails that were filled in at the contact form to the clients e-mail. So I setup Post SMTP, previous times it solved the problem.

But now it doesn’t, the plugin is giving me the error that the mail address doesn’t exist, bus it does exist. It’s also working fine. But she doesn’t receive the mails fill in in the form.

When I change the receiver address into mine, it does work. It’s especially with her address that is not working. I can’t find the problem.

I do know her mail is not in the hosting package, it’s with Office365. I think the problem is over there, but I don’t know how the fix it.

Anyone has a idea what to do?

    Hi @nahdie,

We have a few sites running PostSMTP with Office 365 no problem. Just to confirm a few things:

Are you using an account, not an alias or shared mailbox?
Are you connecting to SMTP server smtp.office365.com?
Are you connecting on port 587?
Are you using STARTTLS as your encryption method?

    Looking forward to hearing!

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
