    Hello

    I have problems receiving notifications when they apply for a vacancy.

    I do not receive the notifications in the indicated email.

    When I try to make modifications, the following message appears:

    The provided ‘From’ email address does not belong to this site domain and may lead to issues in email delivery.

    Could you help me?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please install the plugin (You can remove the plugin after the use), WP Mail Logging (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/), then check if the mails are properly logged (Tools > WP Mail Log)? If the notification mails are logged, and it’s not delivered, then, it’s not the problem with the plugin, but, an issue with your email delivery service.
    In that case, the issue mentioned above can happen if you use the default PHP mail service. If you use the default PHP mail service make sure that the domain part of your ‘From’ address matches your site domain name, else, this kind of issue may happen.
    For example, if your site address is https://www.example.com, then your ‘From’ address must contain ‘example.com’: e.g. [email protected]. So due to these limitations and issues, most of the users prefer other mail services(paid as well as free) for email delivery.     It’s weird, because we’ve always kept the same settings, we haven’t touched anything and the emails arrived perfectly.
    The email that we put for notifications was not an email associated with the web domain and they were sent correctly.
    I have installed the wp mail log and the emails are recorded, but they do not arrive. ??
    We have not touched anything in the plugin configuration or the web.

    Any other ideas what might be going on?
