    Hello there,

the code you added was stripped by the editor… if you want to add it again in the next reply, please add it insied a “inline code” tag (accessible in the arrow down icon of the reply box toolbar).

If you have the proper code and want to give it another try to your website… do this: don’t add the code directly in the page content, but add first a HTML block element and then paste che code inside it.

Here a screenshot of the backend: https://prnt.sc/uSGDPaPFKfZZ

Let me know if it helps

Thank you for your screenshot. When I create an HTML block and save, I get the error message. Update failed the response is not a valid JSON response.

When I start with an HTML block and then create a ‘pattern’ and paste the code, I get the error message ‘Unable to save’ I have used the Theme Version: 1.0.0 before in this webpage jarlnylund.com/chat And here I used above option. Do you know if it’s related to that this is a other Version: (2.0.0.)?

This looks like a security related error. Do you use Cloudflare protection in your website or similar services? In my experience I had a very similar error with it and I solved whitelisting my IP to save the post content.

    I use

    The Bluehost Plugin

    Inaktivera

WordPress plugin that integrates a WordPress site with the Bluehost control panel, including performance, security, and update features.”

And I have a macbook pro, how do i White listening my IP?

I have not been able to get this to work. Since what I want to do works in (Theme Version: 1.0.0), is it possible to downgrade from Version: (2.0.0.)?

Hello there… I’m sure this is not related to the theme or the theme version in use… anyway, if you want to try, you can download version 1.0.0 of wonder from this link:

    https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/theme/yith-wonder.1.0.0.zip

You can download other release of it by changing the version number that you can find in https://themes.svn.www.ads-software.com/yith-wonder/

When I switched from the standard SSL that WordPress offers to Premium SSL, it works as it should.

If you like Wonder and its design and features, please take a couple of minutes to write a review of it here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/yith-wonder/reviews/

Have a nice day and don’t hesitate to ask for additional help if you need it.
