preview looks ok but final page shows displaying errors

  • Hi everybody, my wordpress has a weird behaviour: when I preview my website it looks great but when I save it, some stryles doesnt look ok, some font-size and color change, the format is not ok and even colors are different

    the weird part: if I open the editor (I’m using the page builder) and restore any other revision, then I previsualize it but WITHOUT saving the changes, after that I refresh the browser and my page looks great again

    the website looks ok for some hours but then it start to fail again

    this behaviour starts when I did some changes in my urls, my website has a custom css stored in the placed where my theme says than it’s the site for custom css, I’ve tried removing this css but the error persist

    Also I’ve cleaned the cache, removed the old data and even disable the revisions after get all my pages were correctly displayed, but unfortunatelly after some hours the error come back

    This happens with 3 pages in my wp, if someone is interested [redacted – definitely do not offer to give out your admin credentials], also I add some images with the errors and how must the page looks

  • Sounds like your theme works in some special way. What’s the theme name? Have you tried their support?

    Hi, thanks for check this, the theme is theme52702 which is a child of cherry, bought from https://www.templatemonster.com/wordpress-themes/52702.html#gref

    Not sure if the support can help in this case, the theme works perfect until a few days ago where we made several changes, including some pages, some styles,etc

    I think than it’s really weird than I can preview a revision and fix (temporary) the theme, but after some hours many components start to looks bad, like if they loose the css, these components come from the theme and we’ve not touched its css files…

    do you know how we can depurate/debug/find the error for this issue?..any roadmap about what can we do?..thanks!
