error en POS, ” el sitio esta experimentando dificultades tecnicas”

    Hola, llevo días, con este error en POS dentro de caja, cuando voy a realizar un cobro dentro de la caja me salta este error y no puedo finalizar la venta. Me ha desaparecido la opción de pago contrarrembolso y esta todo correcto. Le doy a pagar y me salta el mensaje siguiente, el sitio esta experimentando dificultades tecnicas, y no me deja cobrar y generar el recibo. NO se si alguien podrá ayudarme. Gracias, un saludo.

    Hi there,

    Admittedly I don’t fully understand the issue here – are you saying that you’re getting errors when trying to pay for the order on the checkout page? If so, which payment gateway are you using?

    Just checking-in to see if you have any update about the problem.

    The troubles you face are likely to be coming from the payment gateway. I’m not sure which payment gateway you use for processing payments in your site, but I recommend that you reach out to your payment plugin’s support folks.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as Resolved.
