    Hi @georgebr,

    Can you try the plugin from GitHub? It is a version ahead of the WordPress repository version, and includes several fixes which might fix your issue:

    https://github.com/Burst-Statistics/burst

    To install:

    – deactivate your current plugin
    – download the plugin from GitHub by clicking the green button, and choosing the ‘zip’ file.
    – Go to plugins, add new, upload, and upload the zip file.
