I keep getting this error. ERROR: Entry could not be added. I have an internal site we use for our dashboard. I started getting this message all of the sudden. I haven’t changed anything within WordPress or connections. I have deactivated the plugin, uninstalled it, restarted everything, and then reinstalled it. Still the same problem. Can you take a look for me please?

This indicates there is a database table error.

Are you able to edit existing directory entries?

Can you please enable WordPress Debugging?

After enabling Debug Mode, please install the Query Monito plugin:

After both are installed and activated, please navigate to the Connections Manage admin page.

Click the Query Monitor section in the WP Admin bar.

Are there any errors being listed? If so, what are they?

Follow up on this for anyone who may read this support thread…

The issue ended up being that the WordPress database table for Connections had a unique key applied that required removal.

Yes! and Steven solved it like a pro! Would use any plugin this man offers.
