Error Error with Authentication

Please i was using this plugin before and everything was fine, but i notice my traffic stats was dropping while my Jetpack was going up..
Secondly, i backup my site and restore it back since like 3 days now …i have try to reconnect to Monsterinsight and the Authentication keep returning 403 error with no Idea to solve it..

I have uninstall, delete and re-install over and over again …still same error …although my site still show connected on the settings still cannot see any stats ..it gives error

Please i need a fix.. I have connected my hosting provide BlueHost …they say i should speak to you guys
