Error establishing a database connection

  • Hi,
    i have the error described in title when I try to sort, edit or delete a publication from the backend.

    When I enable debug mode I have more informations : Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (42000/1203): User xxxx already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 1987

    Any help would be appreciated,
