Error establishing a database connection

If you go to https://sweet-insights.com/wp-admin/ there’s a database connection problem error being displayed. You’ll have to change your database connection details in the wp-config.php file.

Thanks for your help. Is the DB host connection detail supposed to be ‘localhost’ or is it supposed to be more specific.
