Error establishing a database connection

When I go to home page, it says “Error establishing a database connection”.

When I go to wp-admin, it says “One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.”

I’ve tried repairing the database and some database problems could not be repaired. Here’s the list of errors:

wp_comments: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly
wp_options: Table is marked as crashed

How can I resolve this?
