"Error establishing a database connection" after cloning form

    I don’t think that is a plugin issue. If you try again is it consistently failing on that form and succeeding on other forms?

    I’m completely unable to reach the site for viewing any other pages, I only get that error. One other thing I had done that may be at cause is that I tried to delete 3 rows of data and the internet connection dropped on me.

    Contact your service provider. The database is down and they need to fix it.

    This got resolved, the database server was down. The actions I took were likely not the cause of the issue. Thanks Michael for the prompt responses.
