Error establishing a database connection after wp 4.6 update

  • im using goddady host, after the wp 4.6 update i started to see the following error:
    “Error establishing a database connection”
    i check all other posts, everybody is facing this problem and its annoying our customers

    Just because you see a common quotable error message in a support forum doesn’t mean that everyone has this problem. ??

    Check the database login details in your wp-config.php file.

    If they are correct, contact your hosting provider to ask why your database server is offline.
