Error Executing “list buckets”

I’m close, but I couldn’t find much on this other than another post referring to server time. (I’m not sure what that is)

This is the error I get:

Error fetching buckets — Error executing “ListBuckets” on “https://s3.amazonaws.com/”; AWS HTTP error: Client error: GET https://s3.amazonaws.com/ resulted in a 403 Forbidden response: AccessDeniedAccess DeniedR14TRK (truncated…) AccessDenied (client): Access Denied – AccessDeniedAccess

I followed the steps listed and this is the response I get.
