Error exporting CSV logs

    I have a long list of download logs in the admin section. When I click ‘Export as CSV” I get a blank page with the following message “This table does not exists.” This worked for me in the past. Any ideas how I can fix this and export the CSV logs? Thanks.

    Hi @doc275,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. One suggestion we can provide is trying to deactivate and then activate the plugin again. If this does not work, if you could create a profile for us to access your website and send it via email, we can investigate the CSV file you are experiencing issues with.

    To update we were able to see the issue you are experiencing. We are currently trying to reproduce on our end to find a fix. We will update you once we have further updates.

    Hi @doc275,

    Would you happen to know if any table names have been changed recently? It appears the table with the prefix EI does not exist. This is why this error is occurring.

    I’m not aware of any major changes like that, or anything that would cause tables to be deleted.

    Hi @doc275,

    Unfortunately, since we do not have access to the DB, we cannot look any further into this. The table it is looking for seems to have been renamed or deleted.
