    When I attempt to export my subscriber list to CSV, it appears to export ok, but when I open the CSV, this is what it contains:

    <br />
    <b>Warning</b>: natcasesort() [<a href='function.natcasesort'>function.natcasesort</a>]: The argument should be an array in <b>/home/tobias/public_html/column/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-core.php</b> on line <b>1201</b><br />
    <br />
    <b>Warning</b>: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>/home/tobias/public_html/column/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-core.php</b> on line <b>1212</b><br />
    User Email  User Name  Uncategorized

    How do I resolve this so I can get my data?

    thanks,
    Luann

  • @luannvodder,

    The only scenario I can imagine this happening in is if you are trying to expert a list of subscribers when you are filtered on a group with only one or perhaps no subscribers. I’m not sure how you could be doing that unless you were in the Public Subscribers tab and there were no Subscribers listed on screen.

    If that’s the case click on the Registered Subscribers tab before trying to export.

    I was in the correct place with nothing filtered. I just exported out of the sql database directly since there was no way I could find to make this work via the plugin. Thanks.

    @luannvodder,

    I have been unable to reproduce this issue on my sites using Subscribe2 9.0 and WordPress 3.7.1. What versions are you using? Any chance of a screen shot of the Subscribers page in Subscribe2 where you are having this issue?

    Sorry, we were having so much trouble with delayed emails, likely due to something with the web server which the host either can’t or won’t understand and fix, so we moved everything out to Mail Chimp. Maybe my situation was a fluke. Thanks for being so responsive, though.

    @luann,

    I see this issue a lot as Subscribe2 runs on your web server and therefore uses up your servers shared resources. Hosting providers need to balance the needs of all users on their shared servers and therefore limit what you can do. Mail Chimp don’t have that issue as they run their own servers, but then once you reach a certain point they aren’t free.
