ERROR: Failed to install plugin: Please ensure the file system is writeabl

    Hi there

    I am using wp 4.2 and trying to install the plugin.

    I have set the permissions to plugins/developer to 776. When I try and install any of the elements of the plugin (Debug Bar, Debug Bar Console ), I receive the error “ERROR! ERROR: Failed to install plugin: Please ensure the file system is writeable”.

    Should I be making another part of the file system writeable, or am I missing something?
