error- failed to process the payment

is this issue from the plugin or is it a paypal issue?

got the same issue actuallly

reset to plugin version 1.8 and it will work fine.

If you have a similar issue, I would advise you to first reach out to PayPal Merchant Technical Support to have the transaction reviewed. If they believe it is related to a technical plugin issue, please open a new thread.
