    Hi,

    We have had a successful test but when we changed over we are getting the following message on check out “faild to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin [Error] Unknown error while connecting to Paypal. Status Code: 0.”

    Please can you help?`

    we are using
    WordPress version 6.1.1 en_US
    Theme: Elementor Version 3.6.8
    Woocommerce Version 6.9.4

    Hi have the same problem, I can pay with a Paypal account, but same error with a credit or debit card, I did a transaction, but the bank refound the money.

    To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

    The system report can be accessed here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    You can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Hi @shahemjamal,

    There was a compatibility issue with the Germanized plugin which could result in this error. This has been resolved in the latest PayPal Payments version 2.0.1, so I suggest updating the plugin and letting us know if any problems or questions remain.
