ERROR fatal weh i activate plugin

    Hi, I deactivated the plugin, then I re-activated it it’s impossible to reactivate.

    i tested the plugin on other local serveur and no error detected..

    OK i found the source of error !

    there is a conflict with the plug-in “WP ULike”, when WP ULike is activated, cannot activate starcatreview.
    Possible to fix that conflict ? thanks so much
