The issue can be found here: You can’t see the issue
    The preview works: No
It works with other themes: Haven’t Tried
It works when I disable all other plugins: Haven’t Tried
    Meta Slider version: 3.15.3

    Hi!

I’m having the same problem as some other people here in the forum:

    Screenshot

I’ve been recognizing it the first time around December 15th. I don’t know since when it actually exists, because I didn’t create or change any sliders for a while, before that date.

After having read other threads with the same error, I’ve been hoping that it would function again after an update of MetaSlider – but it doesn’t so far….

The existing sliders on the website are still functioning!

    Look here for example: https://sylvies-dance-studio.de/unsere-auftritte/

    I’m using WordPress 5.3.2–de_DE and MetaSlider v3.15.3.

I’m usually using Firefox. But I’ve also been trying it with Edge and Chrome and also with incognito mode of all three browsers. It’s always the same result.

It would be great if you could help me!

    Many thanks in advance!!!

    Kind regards

    olynt

    Hi,

I believe you have the MetaSlider Pro version?
Please send us a support request using this form – https://www.metaslider.com/support/ as this forum is intended for MetaSlider free users only.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Apologies, I have overlooked the MetaSlider version that you have.

If the server is encountering an error while trying to load in the data there should be some information in the server logs. Alternatively you can enable debugging in WordPress and hopefully see the error message.

Here’s information on how to enable that:

    Hi,

Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins installed on your site?

Do you still get the same issue?

    Regards,
    Bryle
