Error Folder cannot be created

    Hi,
    I am trying to add a logo to my slider by dragging and dropping a logo from a folder on my PC (as shown in your video tutorial), but when I do this I get the error message the at a Folder cannot be created. I have FTP access to my website so can create the folder myself if necessary, or is there another way to do this?
