Error for Premium Shipping after upgrade to 1.11

most probably it’s old version of Premium Shipping – we recently fixed “counting” issue in it.
Please check if your version is same with the one you can find on jigoshop.com/my-account and if yes- let us know via [email protected] with your jigoshop system info

I have Premium Shipping version 1.2.2 – looks like the new version is 1.3.2

How do I upgrade this plugin, there is no option in my plugins list?

– download it form our site
– go to plugins
– disable currently used version
– go to add new/upload
– proceed with instructions

we’re fixing auto upload at the moment

Where do i download it from? I went to ‘My Downloads’ jigoshop.com/my-account but there is no where that i can see to download the plugin again.

It should be visible exactly there. If you purchased it some time ago, there is a chance it’s not added to your account.
Please send us to [email protected] link to that topic + proof of purchase and it will be re-added ASAP.

Hi, I can see it under “Recent Orders” but there’s no option to download.
