    Hi,
we’d love to use your plugin because of the really nice looking cause slider, filter and grid blocks. However, when we’ve tried to use your plugin, precisely these blocks are not working. Other blocks work OK, but when we add these in Elementor, nothing shows, and when we try to save the page, we get a server error (500).
    Can you help?

    Hi,

I don’t see any grid blocks carousel on your page, can you please refer to the exact page with the section name?

And make sure, while you adding a carousel element it should have at least 2 or more cause lists on it.

    Thank You.

thanks for your quick response, and for making this addon available for free.
    Please see here:

We add a single cause, which works fine.
However, when we try to add the “cause filter/slider” or the “cause list”, we get a server error when we try to save the page. The blocks are also empty. I made 2 screenshots that I can send you (I cannot seem to upload them here) of the error we get when we try to save the page. So the link above currently does not have these elements, because we cannot save the page when those elements are on it.

    Hi @rik1234,

Ok, can you please post those screenshots of errors in the following free image hosting website?
    https://postimages.org/

    And share that unique link?

    Thank You.

    sure, see:
    https://postimg.cc/gallery/YrJGPVp
what you see here is below the “single cause” element, which does work, is 2 extra elements of your plugin:
    – cause filter/slider
    – cause list
Both display no content and when i try to save in Elementor (screenshot 2) i get an error.
I checked for your other elements, the “donation info” element also does not work.
Happy to give you login details if you want, so you can check for yourself?

@nicheaddons I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.

It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
