Error – Form Submission

    Hey,

    We noticed that Forminator is not sending submissions to our email. After checking, there were new updates for plugin as well as for Elementor. After updating, we received this email with critical error information:

    I hope you are doing well today!

    We are checking the issue with our Forminator team, in the meantime please share your Site Health report which you can get from the WordPress admin dashboard Tools->Site Health->Info->Copy site info to clipboard.

    After copying, you can paste the contents to a text file and share with us using the free services such as Google Drive (public folder), https://pastebin.com or https://justpaste.it

    Thank you for additional details. I have passed them to our Forminator Team for review. We will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

    In the meantime, can you let us know what language setup your WP site has?

    This seems to be related with the corrupted installation. Please provide us information about which version were you using before the update, because we could not find any issues on Forminator 1.38.3 with the mentioned code line.

    Please also try reinstalling the Forminator latest version (1.38.3), if that fails, please remove the plugin folder and try reinstalling again and check if the issue persists. If you encounter issues again, please remove the plugin folder, download the plugin zip file and extract it to your /wp-content/plugins folder.
