• Hi Dev,

    First, thank you so much for the fantastic plugin with a great email design. The plugin works well on its own. However, there’s an error when used together with Woocommerce Shipment Tracking Plugin or Aftership Plugin in the Front-End Customization area.

    I’m using the Woocommerce Shipment Tracking plugin as it adds the “Tracking Information” to the email. I’m wondering if the dev team can help to resolve this issue, please?

  • Hi, most likely you just need to test with a real order and not the “mockup order” in the customizer. Usually, plugins that add things to emails don’t have a check-in place to verify that the order contains their data so when the email is rendered it breaks because the mockup order won’t contain any third-party order data.
