When the plugin is activated, it changes the background of my site, and gives the following error:

“Something isn’t quite right here …
This site is temporarily unavailable. If you’re the owner of this website,
    please contact FatCow Web Hosting.”

Within the editor where it says “Short Link Stats” I am also getting the following error:

    Warning: file_get_contents(https://ref.li/api?api=&short=&lt;!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN” “https://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd”&gt; <html><head> <meta http-equiv=”content-type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″> <link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”https://images.fatcow.com/icons/favicon_moo.ico”&gt; <title>Web Hosting – This site is temporarily unavailable</title> <style type=”text/css”> html, body, h1 { margin: 0; padding: 0; border: 0; outline: 0; vertical-align: baseline; } h1{ padding-top:200px; } body { font-family: Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background: #c7e7f4; text-align: center; min-width: 700px; background: #c7e7f4 url(https://images.fatcow.com/fatcow/flying-cows.gif) no-repeat top center; } #wrapper { margin:0 auto; height:500px; text-a in /home3/tiffany/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-url-shorten/refli_shorturl.php on line 390

I disabled the plugin and the problem goes away, but this should be fixed so I can start using the plugin again.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
First of all very sorry for replying after 6 months, i did not get any notification of this post.
Secondly it was temporary maintenance of short linking website which was fixed earlier.

Hope you can still use it.
