Error generating gallery

    Hi,

    I have an issue when adding a new gallery. Old ones are working but when I add a new I have this error message in the article: Error generating gallery.

    I generated a new api key to be sure but the issue persists.

    No error on JS console and no 404 or any other error…

    Could you help?

    the errors appears when there is incorrect api key or album id is passed.
    Please check the api key and the album id you are using.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I’m 100% sure i’m using the good album ID (no random space at begining nor at the end). I tried with another album ID and it worked, seems that only new albums don’t work…

    Any hint on how to troubleshoot this?

    This one doesn’t : 72157675683574475

    Interesting fact is that this album get a 404 error but its accessible from my account and published: https://www.flickr.com/photos/laraq_qc/albums/72157675683574475

    And this one is accessible: https://www.flickr.com/photos/laraq_qc/albums/72157631279113480

    Seems like a problem from their side but if you have any idea I’ll be happy to know.

    Hello jfbrouillette,
    We’ve checked both the album ids, one is working and other is not. For this you can check the privacy setting of your non working album in flickr. If it is set to “private”..it will not work.For this you have to set it to “public”.

    Hi,

    It was set to public but I clicked on “Apply” (even if there was not changes) and then tried again. It worked.
