    After updating the plugin today, I started getting this error in our website’s dashboard

    2021-07-02 10:59:30: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: GET MULTIFILE: CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

    Yep, getting the same error message too on our dashboard.

    Hello.
    This is a temporary issue on our server-side.
    Please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page). Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page. This should help.
