Error GET_SERVER_HELLO:reason(1112)

I have successfully installed WordPress on a new subdomain. I have backed up the site I am trying to clone. When I try to Restore from URL I get this error message:
Error Message : error:14077458:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:reason(1112)
Any ideas?
