    Hello,

Aside from the 2.1a error, I also have to deal with the 5.1 google error, an Out-of-Band consent.

In the document provided by Quantcast, it is explained that Quantcast does not generate out-of-band consent and therefore nothing needs to be done.

But what to do when I have this error? Google threatens to cut everything in 90 days if I don’t fix this error 5.1.

Thank you in advance for your answer

@av83000 It’s possible related to the “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot create property ‘addtlConsent’ cmp2.js:2 on boolean ‘false’” issue. Let’s see if it resolves after that is fixed.

@av83000, Product team just released an updated version of Choice (v10) that I believe will resolve your issue. Can you please check (I am seeing ads running on your site). Let me know if you are seeing any 5.1 errors (v10 just deployed live about 15 min ago)

Closing the issue due to inactivity by the original author.

If you are having a similar issue please check the support forums for an existing answer before opening up a new support request.

If anyone else has this issue I would check the following

    1. is the site of service or global scope
Service scope (or service group) are the only ones Google will accept so I would recommend anyone working with Google to not use Global Scope (your site and other sites they visit)
2 if you are on Global scope, you will probably be inheriting consent from another global scope CMP on the framework which has Out of Band enabled (Choice does not support OOB) and this will cause these errors

    Hello,

I have error 2.1 for 5 weeks, I don’t know what else to do. Can you help me?

@av83000 what kind of CMP you use right now on blog-rct.com? I saw you dont use Quantcast anymore?

    You escape from 5.1 error?
