    Hi,

I want to verify my website but the error “An error occurred: The necessary verification token could not be found on your site. This may be related to your site using a page caching plugin. Please flush your home page cache and then try again.” Keeps pooping up. I have disabled and clear all of my cache but it still give me an error. I have inserted manually the script for the google but it seems also not working. Can you help me with it ?

    Thank you

Thanks for reaching out @newbieken. We’re aware of other users having also reported issues with Search Console verification, with one user having successfully verified their site via DNS using a domain type property.

If you’re finding that Search Console verification is not proceeding for you with a HTML tag, can you try a manually uploaded HTML file, by following the steps outlined here? Before doing so, feel free to share your Site Health information so we can review your current seutp.

Another option to try and force verification if you’re logged into your browser with the Google account you used to set up Site Kit, is to click on this link and then the “Verify Site Ownership” grey button.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Glad to hear it @newbieken. Be sure to reach out if you have any further queries. Out of curiosity, did you try any of the other Search Console verification methods first (HTML file upload, Google Analytics linking?).

    Hi James,

Yes I did try the HTML file upload and meta tag also but all not working for me. Only the DNS works for the verification.

    Thank you
