error I am getting

  • I am getting this error and do not know why? can anyone help me?

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/dhokey/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hello.php on line 65

    Also my site is not showing and I can not login to wordpress control panel

    Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    By doing the second option is this going to change the theme? I purchased this package with theme and everything set up so I am going by the manual that came with the package to set this up.
