Error (ID 2568) insufficient client permissions – solved

To solve the issue of the error message:

Error (ID 2568) insufficient client permissions

Let’s say you would enter the server IP “127.0.0.1” into the widget as your TS Server IP.
You need to create a user on your TS server that has ServerQuery permissions.

For that, connect an admin client to the TS server and go into the menu
Tools -> ServerQuery Login
Choose a username, such as “ServerQuery” or “QueryUser”
Click ok, and it will give you a password, let’s say it’s “test1234”.

Now, when setting up the TS Viewer, instead of entering only the server IP, enter the following:

ServerQuery:[email protected]
