Error Image

by following the tutorial on the page “https://sundari-webdesign.com/wordpress-the-quest-to-my-perfect-list-view-for-posts-events-and-articles/” I don’t not get the same result (the image is cut off … I only see a 10% band of the image)?!?

Could someone tell me where my problem is coming from?
