    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Crop Thumbnail feature in the 10Web Gallery. When I attempt to use the “Crop Thumbnail” function on an image, I receive the following error message:

“Image edit functionality is not supported by your web host.”

I am not sure what is causing this problem, and it is preventing me from editing the thumbnails as needed.

    Additional Details:

    • I am using Bluehost as my hosting provider.
    • I have checked that the uploaded images are in a compatible format and size.
    • No significant recent changes have been made to my hosting or site configuration.
    • The issue occurs with all images, not just a specific one.
    • WordPress and Photo Gallery by 10Web are up to date with the latest versions.

Can you please help me identify the cause of this issue and how to resolve it?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello @maryano96 ,

W are using the WP function *wp_image_editor_supports” to check whether we can edit the image or not.
There can be different reasons why editing might not be possible; the most common one is that the PHP GD library is disabled on the server.
Would you please check this with your hosting and see whether this library is enabled ?
Please also let me know if you open an image directly in WP media library, and click on edit image, would it open the editor or you would get the same error ?

    Thanks in advance!
