Error import excel file

    Hello,
    I exported excel file and add info, but export error:

    You have a column which is not recognized: Order Status Updated (Read-Only).
    Please make sure that the column names match the order field labels exactly (without the word order).

    How to process?

    Hi thipv,

    That sounds like you tried to include a read-only column in the import. For example, the export spreadsheet contains a column that shows the last update time. That column cannot be imported. You need to remove that column from the spreadsheet before using that spreadsheet for import.
