    I use wp-stateless and set mode to “stateless”

    In this mode, all upload file are deleted after sync to google storage, so “wp-stateles” deleted file .wxr when “Astra Starter Template” importing file .wxr to wp-upload because wp-stateless always delete file in wp-upload after serve via google storage

    The plugin moves the files on cloud storage so, when it tries to import the content then these move to the cloud.

    For now, a quick solution is to deactivate this plugin and import the site.

    And after importing the site successfully re-activate the plugin.
