    When I upload a csv file containing licenses I get this error

    function openssl_get_cipher_methods does not exists.

    This has only occurred since the crash of 3.0. I am currently using 3.02

    Thanks for reaching us,

    Hope you are doing well, We have tested this on our end you are using the old version of OpenSSL.

    The cipher method is not supported. This is normally caused by an outdated version of OpenSSL (and/or OpenSSL compiled for FIPS compliance). Please upgrade to a newer version of OpenSSL that supports aes-256-ctr to use this library.

    The encryption library of the license key requires OpenSSL’s latest version you need to contact the hosting provider to do this.
