error importing dotclear to wp 2

  • hello !

    excuse me if my english is bad !

    i try to import my blog under dotclear to a new blog under wordpress 2 in the admin panel.

    Unfortunetly, i have always this error :
    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function: iconv() in /var/www/sdc/b/6/ailatanregnier/cahiers-subversifs/wp-admin/import/dotclear.php on line 114”

    Do someone have an idea ?

  • I’ve the same problem.

    Nobody can tell why ?

    I’m still trying to import from dotclear, WP still says everything is imported but no posts or comments are there. I’m disappointed. If there was some way to import my dotclear posts without struggling with the database or altering php files….
