The plugin works very well and I have already managed to import products, categories, etc.

However, no images can be imported. I receive the error:

[ERROR] Unable to copy https://www.***.com.br/img/p/2431-2551.jpg to /home/storage/4/1a/af//public_html/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/2431-2551-5f8-E2245-BH.T.-Center-Differential-Set-46T-X8R8-X8TR.jpg : ftp_fget(): Failed to open file.

For all products, I have already tried connecting via HTTP and FTP and the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced this problem and could give me some advice?

If you choose the HTTP method, you must enter the URL of the live PrestaShop site in the URL field. This is the easiest method.

If you choose the FTP method, all the FTP parameters need to be correct, including the FTP directory where PrestaShop is installed.

In any case, you will have to restart the import from scratch with the good parameters to import the products with their images.

I deleted the previous import but the problem persists, I can’t import the images.

When I test the connection via http, it returns a test error, but with ftp it is successful but can’t copy the images.

What did you put in the URL field?
