Error importing spreadsheet

I’m unable to upload a spreadsheet to my FAQ. I’ve tried making it a .csv and an .xls, I also tried exporting the content and pasting the new content into that sheet and importing it that way.

The only notification I get is “There was an error uploading the file, please try again!” So I can’t figure out what is going wrong.

The only idea I have of what might be causing complications it that I’m using the plugin qTranslate-X to create multiple language versions of content. But I know the plugins are compatible when I added the FAQs manually. I even tried to reformat the new content in the spreadsheet so they matched the text formatting of the exported bilingual questions.

They look like this when I exported them (one is translated, the other was not):

Do you have any other ideas about what might be going wrong?
