Error importing users

    I’m getting an error, when trying to migrate users to a news WordPress installation:

    “Please upload appropriate file to import users.”

    The steps that I made:

    . export the users from the old WordPress installation. Tried .csv and .xml

    . tried to import the users in the new installation WordPress. I get the error.

    . tried to export a file for each plan (we have 2) or all users. Same error.

    The plugin version is the same (3.4.8). The only difference is that the new WordPress is multisite.

    Hello,

    I understood your concern and if you are using WordPress multisite then you may need to allow CSV extension from the WordPress admin panel -> Network admin -> Settings -> Network Settings page allow CSV extension and after that, kindly check the import user again and let me know how it goes.
