error importing wp users into the CRM

    When importing wp users into the CRM, I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function update() on null in […]/wp-content/plugins/erp/includes/class-people.php on line 177

    If I go back and try again, it works but it only imports the user name and the email, not the rest of the user data.

    Any help appreciated… regards,

    If you have tried to import the ‘WP User’ into the CRM contacts, then it won’t be success actually. You’ll need to create a CSV file with the contact details first.

    And the CSV has a pre-defined format you’ll need to follow. You can get an idea on this by downloading the sample CSV file from here-> https://prntscr.com/lw1fdl

    Thanks for the workaround tip, but it would be nice if the existing “Import into CRM” worked out of the box.
