    Hi:

Looks like you might have a conflict with another plugin or theme. Lets try switching the theme first to the WP 2015/16/17 theme and see if the page renders properly. If not, you can start turning off plugins one by one to see which one causes the page to render properly.

    Thanks.

Hi – You should probably contact the theme author and see if they can help. You probably need a code fix for the theme which they might be able to do for you. Unfortunately, free coding for themes is not something we can do.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I get in touch with theme developer and this his response

“Hi, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that all plugins will be 100% compatible with the theme, so I can only suggest that you get in touch with the plugin developer about this to see if they can help.

If you have any issues with the theme itself, feel free to reply to this ticket and I’ll be happy to help.”

    Hi:

Unfortunately we’re not going to be able to provide any custom coding or custom trouble-shooting solution for free. There is a limit to the kind of support we can provide for free for this plugin that is already free.

We’re happy to do this on a special project basis though – you can use the CONTACT form on our website if this is something you’d like to pursue with us.

Thanks very much for considering Awesome Support.
