Error in backend as well as checkout page

    Hello Nilesh

    This is a great plugin that you have created. Its a mandatory plugin for we ecommerce developers.
    However, i have been having issues in this plugin since i downloaded it which was a year . I have been waiting to see if it was a problem in my website. But i tried alot.
    I get errors in backend which says “Notice: Undefined variable: zone_fields in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cod-advanced/woocommerce_advanced_cod.php on line 165
    and also in check out page ” Notice: Undefined index: action in /home/xyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cod-advanced/woocommerce_advanced_cod.php on line 351

    Could you please please look into it. I have been waiting for this to solve for the past 1 year.
