  • Can you please, in WAY MORE detail explain what a solution would be at this moment. My website has already been down for 15 hours….

    Hello,

    I have the same error:

    public_html/web/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/classes/es-register.php on line 1241

    You could rename the plugin directory or you can install the previous version of the plugin https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/download-older-versions-of-wordpress-plugins/#repository

    Hi folks, having the same trouble. Unfortunately, I know nothing about wordpress or anything else related to all this. Someone else set up our site and is not available to help. I need directions simple enough for a toddler to understand for how to get my site back up, without the deficient plugin. Thanks.

    I had exactly the same issue yesterday, and got rid of email subscribes plugin using FTP. And then I installed the new version 3.4.1. It was back and working fine. But then this morning, I cannot open any of my site page with the “Time out, connection error.” so frustrating… until this plugin update, everything was fine, so I wonder if this connection-time-out error has something to do with your update??

    I don’t know what to do. Using PHP5.2 on server. Upgrading to 5.6 would be a good solution??

    The update worked like a charm … Thank YOU!

    Thanks for getting the update out. All is well now, with PHP 5.4 and WP 4.8.2.

    @canofgg, PHP 5.2 has some serious security issues. It would be wise to move on if at all possible.

    @canofgg,

    We don’t think timeout issue is because of Email Subscribers plugin update.
    We would advice you to update your PHP version as it has security issues as @bberson pointed out.

    @trible, @bberson,
    You are welcome.
