It appears the hash is not generating properly. You should contact the plugin creator or the developer that implemented the code on your website as this would be a coding issue that we can’t directly address or influence.

Your website generated the hash below:
    x_fp_hash4ae6e400821b017bd4fa8eefac14d087

    It should be: f86c28f2859b7c671f31a0762061c784

    “x_login^x_fp_sequence^x_fp_timestamp^x_amount^x_currency_code”)
    HMAC(“transactionkeyomittedforsecurity”, “WSP-CAROL-ioagIgB0fQ^129501^1488921388^50.00^USD”) = f86c28f2859b7c671f31a0762061c784

    Please help.

Check the transaction key in the plugin settings and compare it to the transactions key in Payeezy. This error is almost always caused by these two not matching.

Okay, this is another thing from Payeezy support –

Please contact the plugin creator and advise them to either remove the x_type parameter or to specify it as AUTH_CAPTURE. We have no control over third party plugin code.

    1. What version of the plugin are you using? If there’s an update available, update it.

    2. Please provide the URL to your payment form. You can send it by private email if you prefer. [email protected].
